Billing and Service Details:

• Billing Period
  The billing period is 12 months, payable as a one-time annual fee.
• Total Annual Cost
  The total cost is 60 EUR per year, automatically renewed as a subscription.
• Address Eligibility
  The provided address is suitable for registration with the Estonian Business Registry and can be used as a legal address for other institutions.
• Personal Use of Address
  A physical person may also use this address as a contact address in Estonia, for purposes such as drop shipping, Amazon orders, or similar needs.
• No Hidden Fees or Taxes
  Transparent pricing with no unexpected additional charges or taxes.
• Limitations on Address Service
  This service does not guarantee proof-of-address eligibility for most payment services. If required, our Proof of Address service can be purchased separately. Despite this, the service doesn’t give the right to be registered in the population registry.

NB!

To establish a company in Estonia, you will need a contact person if the board is based outside Estonia. Please note that Package ONE does not include a contact person. However, both Package TWO and Package THREE provide a registered address along with a contact person.
