Refund Policy

Solely to physical goods

Items must be undamaged and returned in their original condition within 14 days of purchase to qualify for a refund.

Refunds are processed once the returned items have been received and inspected.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We require that all returned products be in their original condition, including packaging and tags. We cannot accept used or damaged items. You are free to choose a carrier for returning the products, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once we receive and verify the returned items, we will issue a refund within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.

In addition, we accept exchanges; however, shipping costs will apply.
