- This includes the Founding Decision and the Articles of Association, which are fully compliant with Estonian legal requirements.

- All mandatory government fees for registering the nonprofit association are covered.
- Registration in the Estonian Business Registry
- Your nonprofit association will be officially registered in the Estonian Business Registry, ensuring full legal standing.
Nonprofit Association (NPA) Formation Structure:
- Standard Formation: 149 EUR
- Available for clients with Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian, or Belgian ID-Card, Estonian e-residency card, or Estonian and Lithuanian Mobile-ID.
- Alternative Formation: 390 EUR
- If you do not have the required electronic identification, the process must be completed by a Public Notary or through a Power of Attorney. The additional payment link will be sent separately.
Additional Requirements:
- Estonian Address: A legal Estonian address is mandatory for NPA formation (included in Package ONE).
- Contact Person: If the management board is located outside Estonia, a Contact Person is required (included in Package TWO).
- Second Founder: Estonian law requires at least two founders. If needed, we can provide a second founder—don’t hesitate to contact us for more details.

Formation of a nonprofit association
The foundation cannot be established fully remotely.
The establishment documents must be notarised in Estonia (on-site), or you can grant us a Power of Attorney so we can complete the notarial procedure on your behalf.
Even if you are not able to travel, we can still assist you with the required Estonian legal address and, if needed, an authorised contact person service.
