Description
Nonprofit Association (NPA) Formation Structure:
- Standard Formation: 129 EUR
- Available for clients with Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian, or Belgian ID-Card, Estonian e-residency card, or Estonian and Lithuanian Mobile-ID.
- Alternative Formation: 290 EUR
- If you do not have the required electronic identification, the process must be completed through a Public Notary or via Power of Attorney. The additional payment link will be sent separately.
Additional Requirements:
- Estonian Address: A legal Estonian address is mandatory for NPA formation (included in Package ONE).
- Contact Person: If the management board is located outside Estonia, a Contact Person is required (included in Package TWO).
- Second Founder: Estonian law requires at least two founders. If needed, we can provide a second founder—please contact us for more details.

The following forms of identification are permissible:
- Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian, and Belgian ID cards
- Estonian e-resident cards
- Estonian Smart ID
- Estonian and Lithuanian Mobile IDs

Registration through a Public Notary in place or with a power of attorney comes at different prices:

According to the Non-Profit and Foundations Act, there must be at least two founders.
The number of board members is not limited. Founders can be both natural and legal persons.
If a company or non profit association is established remotely, no documents will be received on paper immediately.
Each founder can download and print copies of the commercial register free of charge.
In the exceptional case, if the incorporation takes place with a Public Notary, then the verified documents on paper can also be received immediately.
