Estonian government authorities only accept documents in Estonian. Consequently, it is necessary to translate them into Estonian.
A power of attorney (POA) is a written authorization to represent or act on behalf of another person in private matters, business activities, or any other legal matter.
What does the process look like?
A power of attorney must be drawn up from Customer’s local Public Notary to the extent the rights will be given. When it’s done Client sends it to us, we will translate it into Estonian with a sworn translator and use it to carry out the activities authorized by you.
