OSS (One Stop Shop) Overview
The OSS (One Stop Shop) is a special VAT scheme designed for the transfer of goods through services, intra-Community distance selling, and online trading.
- Voluntary Implementation
Participation in this special scheme is voluntary. An alternative is to register your business as a taxable entity in each Member State where VAT becomes chargeable on sales to the final consumer.
Representation Rights
To facilitate registration, we require your consent to grant us the right to represent you. This requires possession of an Estonian e-resident card, an Estonian ID Card, Mobile ID, or Smart ID.
Alternative solution
We can utilize a Power of Attorney if these options are unavailable. To do this, you must send us an apostilled power of attorney issued by a notary in your local country. A sworn translator will translate it in Estonia.
