To expedite your company purchase and minimize the need for travel, Estonia offers a convenient option to complete the transaction digitally through an e-notary, provided you have an Estonian e-Residency card. This allows you to conduct the full sale or share transfer remotely, without visiting Estonia in person.

If you do not have an Estonian e-Residency card, the transaction can still be completed through a Power of Attorney (POA). The POA must be translated, apostilled, and meet all legal requirements. Please note that processing a transaction via POA will add approximately 500 EUR to the service fee.

Information Needed in Advance:

• Intended date of the transaction or visit
• Names of the company’s owners/beneficiaries
• Name of the company director

Once we receive this information, we will arrange an appointment with a notary and prepare all necessary documentation.
