Top up at least €3. Each top-up keeps the card fully active for the next 180 days.

Questions, answered
The SIM card is available to VOE clients: customers with an active VOE service, or new customers who order it together with another VOE service in the same order. It is not sold as a standalone product.
Many platforms — Google, LinkedIn, banks and payment providers — do not accept virtual or VoIP numbers for verification, two-factor authentication or account recovery. Our SIM is issued by Telia, an EU mobile operator, so the number is recognised as a regular mobile number.

To switch the service menu to English, dial *148*3#.
After activation, and after every top-up of at least €3, the card is fully active for 180 days. When that period ends without a top-up, you can still receive calls and SMS and call 112, and you have a 30-day grace period to top up. If you use the number for verification codes, set a reminder to top up at least twice a year.
Yes, the SIM can receive SMS and calls in most countries, but roaming outside the EU/EEA is charged at Telia’s international roaming rates, which can be considerably higher. For mobile data outside the EU, a local or travel eSIM is usually cheaper — we partner with Airalo, which offers data plans in 200+ countries. You can keep the Estonian SIM in your phone for verification codes and use the eSIM for data.

Our responsibility ends once the shipment is handed over and you have received the tracking code; any delivery issues after that are resolved with the carrier.
First restart the phone and check that it is not carrier-locked. If the problem remains, contact us through the Customer Area — we will check the activation with Telia.
