Power of Attorney (POA)

A Power of Attorney is a legal document that empowers one individual to act on behalf of another in legal, business, or personal matters. This written authorization ensures that your representative can manage specific tasks or make decisions on your behalf.

Process Overview

1. Preparation:
   The Power of Attorney must first be prepared by the client’s local public notary, clearly specifying the rights to be delegated.

2. Apostille (if applicable):

   The client submits the notarized and apostilled POA to us.

4. Translation:
   We arrange for a certified sworn translator to professionally translate the document into Estonian.
