It allows the document to be accepted in any other state that has joined the 1961 Hague Apostille Convention (you can check the current list of member countries on the convention\u2019s website).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"407\" data-end=\"605\">In Estonia, only <strong data-start=\"424\" data-end=\"443\">public notaries<\/strong> may issue a public document.
