class='ewd-ufaq-post-margin ewd-ufaq-faq-post'>\n\t<h4 data-start=\"176\" data-end=\"437\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">A Contact Person can be appointed for a <strong data-start=\"216\" data-end=\"246\">fixed term (e.g. one year)<\/strong>. <\/span><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"176\" data-end=\"437\">Once the term expires, the Contact Person is <strong data-start=\"293\" data-end=\"318\">automatically removed<\/strong> from the company record in the Estonian Commercial Register, and a new appointment must be made for the next period.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"439\" data-end=\"761\">The appointed person must provide formal consent, which is given <strong data-start=\"504\" data-end=\"517\">digitally<\/strong> either directly in the <strong data-start=\"541\" data-end=\"564\">e-Business Register<\/strong> or by submitting a <strong data-start=\"584\" data-end=\"612\">digitally signed consent<\/strong> to a Public Notary.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"439\" data-end=\"761\">The Contact Person must first be linked to the company in the relevant register environment before the consent can be confirmed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\t<div
