Neid viiakse l\u00e4bi ka perioodiliselt p\u00e4rast seda, nagu n\u00f5uab seadus ja meie sise-eeskirjad. Teenust ei osutata enne, kui k\u00f5ik n\u00f5utavad isikusamasuse ja taustakontrolli etapid on l\u00f5pule viidud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kui me ei saa ostetud teenust osutada, kantakse raha tagasi algsele makseviisile. See toimub kindlaksm\u00e4\u00e4ratud aja jooksul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Eraisikute puhul tuleb esitada j\u00e4rgmised dokumendid:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>First and last name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personal identification code or date of birth<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passport or ID card number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Residential address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Email address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Phone number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>A copy of a valid identity document containing:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Photo of the holder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Full name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Date of birth<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gender<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Document validity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V\u00f5idakse k\u00fcsida lisadokumente, n\u00e4iteks elukoha t\u00f5endit, maksuresidentsuse teavet, kodakondsusandmeid v\u00f5i e-residentsuse t\u00f5endit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Juriidiliste isikute puhul tuleb esitada j\u00e4rgmine:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Commercial Register extract, registration certificate, or other valid documentation confirming the legal entity\u2019s capacity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Articles of association, information about management or supervisory board members, and the actual business address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Details of founders, shareholders, and supervisory board members<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Documentation confirming the right of representation and its validity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Information about the beneficial owner<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Tegelik kasusaaja (UBO) tuleb tuvastada:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A person who directly or indirectly owns more than 25% of the share capital<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A person who controls the company by other means<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the UBO cannot be identified, the highest-ranking member of the management body is recorded as the beneficial owner (e.g., the chairman of the management or supervisory board, or in their absence, all board members)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Only a private individual can be a real beneficiary<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">J\u00e4tame endale \u00f5iguse esitada lisak\u00fcsimusi v\u00f5i n\u00f5uda lisadokumente, mis on vajalikud meie KYC-kohustuste t\u00e4itmiseks.
