Service overview:

A Certificate of Absence of Tax Debt, issued by the Estonian Tax and Customs Board, is an official document confirming your compliance with tax obligations in Estonia. This certificate can be requested in the following situations:

• There is no tax debt (except for accrued interest), or the tax debt is below the statutory limit for issuing the certificate (less than €100 as of 01.01.2019).
• The payment of the tax debt has been postponed, and the payment schedule has been adhered to.
• The obligation to submit tax returns has been fulfilled (unless the Tax and Customs Board has determined the tax amount).
